(replace UserName with your user name)
go there and look for a log with lots of data and a similar time to the loss mail, should tell you who shot you, who you shot, how much damage each hit did, and what gun/missile was used.
**** why did I think of this now, I had a combat situation where I was the first to engage (with an abaddon) and didn't get on the killmail at all. I think i petitioned/bug reported it, but that combat log would have probably been quite helpful.

it should say <pilot name> has started to warp scramble you somewhere
and most rupture fits include a point and a web.
although you are right there is nothing in the logs about webbing  (although highly unlikely the domi did any webbing)

That'll be from the mission, though; that's counting the NPC damage he's taken for the last 15 minutes whilst doing the mission ;-)

almost all of it came from the rupture 
and ehp has almost nothing to do with damage taken. it has to do more of a drake has lots of shield hp, and recharges lots of hp, and a rupture doesn't do a lot of damage.
